Everyone should have a husband like mine

Last night, we got home late from celebrating our Sweet Baby Rae's seventh birthday, the boys were asleep and so we decided to forgo their bath, no sense in waking them up right?

Just after we finally fell asleep, somewhere around midnight I was quietly awakened by Tommy G. calling for mom. Since Ovi had just started to nurse and the faint smell of vomit was coming from one of them, I leaned over and whispered "can you get the baby?" Without hesitation, my Wonderful Husband hopped out of bed, scooped up the baby and began to bathe him. He didn't stop there, he rinsed the yucky clothes and offered to help me clean the bed and floor.

Soon after, we found ourselves awakened again. This time it was the Ovi and the vomit was all over me and our bed it seemed to never end. It plastered me into the bed, my shirt was soaked and full of chunks. Without missing a beat my Wonderful Husband jumped up, ran over to my side of the bed, picked up with baby, handed me a towel and rushed him to the bath tub. Even before I could comprehend that feeling of throw-up entangled in my hair, the baby was already half way done being bathing and the clothes rinsed.

After that, we got a little bit more sleep, and then it happened again. At which point we decided to brace ourselves and use towels. Needless to say, I've never had to wash my hair so many times in one night.

Anyways back to My Wonderful Husband, this morning I woke to his goodbye kiss as he left for work. Realizing the time, I jumped out of bed and rushed the children off to Cowboy Camp. It had been a long night and I was definitely feeling it. We drove thru for breakfast, which is never a good idea. It didn't take long for the nausea to hit me. I was feeling Ill even before we reached our destination, although the boys seem to be doing okay. At 4 o'clock we finally made it home, but didn't accomplish half of what was on today's agenda. At 4:30 I laid down to try and control the nausea...at 5:30 My Wonderful Husband came home, after checking on me, he took over. He and the kids cleaned the house and then he took them all out to dinner. He called me to see what he could bring me, brought them home, bathed them, helped them clean their rooms and did some homework with them. He is amazing, there is absolutely no way I could do life without him.  He is a hard worker and a fantastic dad.
